The short version
- Yes: sell the books, printables, activity pages and puzzles you make with Zigzaggle, in print and digital, as many titles and copies as you like, with no royalty to us.
- Yes: make them for clients and charge for your work.
- No: resell, share or rent Zigzaggle, your login, its art library or its ready-made pages as they are.
The licence is given by COMPANY_NAME to the person who bought the product. It is personal and can't be transferred.
Selling what you make
You may sell or give away the pages, books, covers and printables you make in Zigzaggle, for example on Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, Lulu, Etsy, Teachers Pay Teachers, your own shop, print on demand or in person. There is no cap on titles or copies and no royalty to us.
You are the publisher of your work: you choose its title, its price and where it is sold, and you make sure it meets each marketplace's rules.
Work for clients
You may make books, printables, puzzle pages, classroom packs or branded gifts for clients and charge for the service. Deliver finished files (flattened PDF or PNG). Your clients may use and sell those files as their own finished products. Your clients don't get access to Zigzaggle through you: they would need their own account to edit in the studio.
Selling your own maze packs
You may sell packs of mazes you made, exported with Zigzaggle's asset pack and its licence file (personal, team, school, client or commercial use, as you choose for your buyers). Library art inside such a pack stays part of the finished pages; your licence file can't give your buyers more rights to the library art than this licence gives you.
The art library, templates and fonts
The illustrations, stickers, scenes, frames, headers, backgrounds, fonts, ready-made designs, weekly templates and AI picture templates inside Zigzaggle (the library) may be used inside your finished pages, books, covers and printables. You may not:
- sell, share or give away library items on their own, or as the main value of a product (for example clip-art packs, sticker sheets, digital paper or SVG and PNG bundles);
- put library items in a product that lets other people extract or reuse them (for example editable source files sold for resale), except the flattened pages Zigzaggle exports and Zigzaggle template links, which open only inside Zigzaggle;
- register a library item, or a design made mainly from library items, as a trademark or logo, or claim exclusive rights to it;
- use library items to train or fine-tune AI models, or put them in a dataset.
The library stays ours or our licensors'. Other members may use the same items in their own work. Ready-made designs and templates are starting points: change them and use them in your books, but don't resell them as templates in the state you got them.
AI pictures
Pictures you make with Zigzaggle's AI tools may be used in your work in the same way as your own uploads, as far as the law and our AI provider's terms allow. We don't claim them. Similar pictures can be made for other people, and in some countries AI-made pictures can't be protected by copyright, so don't rely on them as exclusive art. Don't ask the AI tools for brands, characters you don't own or real people.
Your own uploads
Photos, logos and pictures you upload stay yours. Only upload what you have the right to use; the licence can't give you rights to someone else's picture.
The software itself
The licence covers what you make, not the software. You may not:
- sell, rent, lend, share or sub-license access to Zigzaggle, or share your login (one account belongs to one person);
- offer Zigzaggle, or a copy of it, under another name (white label), or resell it with "resell" or "PLR" rights;
- copy, scrape or bulk-download the library, or use automated tools to get around the studio's limits;
- take the software apart or rebuild it, except where the law allows that whatever these terms say.
Mockup scenes (Book Marketing Studio)
Mockup photos and scenes in Book Marketing Studio may be used to show and promote your own products: listings, ads, social posts and your shop. Don't sell or share the mockup scenes themselves as mockups or stock pictures. This part applies when the mockup photo library is released.
How long the licence lasts
- A one-time product: for as long as you hold it on your Zigzaggle account.
- The Club: weekly templates you used in your designs stay usable in those designs after your membership ends.
- A refund ends the licence of the refunded product from the day of the refund (see the refund policy).
