Who we are
Zigzaggle is an online studio for mazes, puzzle pages and books, sold through WarriorPlus. In this policy "we" means COMPANY_NAME, ADDRESS, the business that runs Zigzaggle and decides how your personal information is used. You can reach us at SUPPORT_EMAIL.
What we collect
- Your account: your e-mail address, the name you choose (or one made from your e-mail), a profile picture if you add one, and your password, which our sign-in provider keeps only as a one-way hash. We never see it.
- Your purchases: what WarriorPlus sends us when you buy, renew or get a refund: the order number, the product, your e-mail address, the payment status and amount, and the other details WarriorPlus puts in its notice. We never receive your card or PayPal details.
- Your work: the designs, books and pictures you save to your account, the share links and templates you publish, and the AI pictures you make.
- Using the service: when you signed in and a device label such as "Chrome on Windows", your AI credits and AI jobs, and short-lived technical logs that keep Zigzaggle running and safe. Our limits on sign-in attempts use keyed hashes of network addresses, never the addresses themselves.
- Share links: how many times a link you shared was viewed. Views are counted with one-day hashes, never visitors' names or addresses.
- Service e-mails: a record that an e-mail about your order was sent. The record holds no copy of the e-mail and no address.
- Support: what you write to us.
Why we use it
- To run your account and the studio, and to give you what you bought (we match each purchase to your account by e-mail).
- To send service e-mails: sign-in and reset codes, and notes about your orders, renewals and refunds.
- To keep Zigzaggle secure and stop abuse.
- To answer you when you write to us.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your designs or uploads to train AI models. The app sends only service e-mails; if we ever send news or offers, we'll ask you first and every such e-mail will have an unsubscribe link.
AI tools
When you use an AI tool, the description you type, the style you pick and any picture you choose to send go to our AI image provider (currently PoYo) to make the picture. The result is stored in your account. Please don't put personal details in an AI description.
Who helps us run Zigzaggle
These service providers process data for us, only to provide their part of the service:
- Cloudflare: hosting, file storage and e-mail delivery.
- Supabase: our database and sign-in.
- WarriorPlus: checkout, payments and the affiliate program. WarriorPlus has its own privacy policy for what you give it at checkout.
- PoYo: AI pictures, only when you use an AI tool.
- Resend: backup e-mail delivery, if our main e-mail service is unavailable.
We also share information when the law requires it, or to protect Zigzaggle and the people who use it.
How long we keep it
- Your account, designs and uploads: while your account exists.
- Purchase records: as long as we need them for refunds, accounting and tax.
- Technical logs: a short time.
- Records of service e-mails: about a month.
If you ask us to delete your account, we delete it and your designs, except what the law requires us to keep (such as purchase records).
Your choices and rights
- Change your name, picture and password, and sign out your other devices, in your account settings.
- Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete your account, at SUPPORT_EMAIL.
- Depending on where you live (for example the European Union, the United Kingdom or California) you may have more rights, such as objecting to some uses or complaining to your data protection authority.
Where your data is processed
Our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on their safeguards for such transfers.
Children
Zigzaggle is made for adults: publishers, teachers and makers. It isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect children's information. Children enjoy the printed pages, not the account.
Security
Zigzaggle is served over HTTPS only. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes by our sign-in provider, the sign-in cookie can't be read by scripts, and sign-in attempts are limited. No system is perfectly secure: if you find a problem, please tell us at SUPPORT_EMAIL.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. For important changes we also tell members in the studio or by e-mail. The rules for using Zigzaggle are in the terms.
