The rules, in plain words

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use Zigzaggle. They are written to be read: if something is unclear, ask us before you rely on it.

Who these terms are with

Zigzaggle is run by COMPANY_NAME, ADDRESS ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Zigzaggle you agree to these terms, the licence, the refund policy and the privacy policy.

Your account

  • You need to be an adult (18, or the age of majority where you live) to buy and use Zigzaggle.
  • An account belongs to one person. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens in your account.
  • Use an e-mail address you can read: your purchases, codes and service e-mails go to it.

Buying Zigzaggle

  • You buy through WarriorPlus, which processes the payment. Prices are shown on our sales pages in US dollars.
  • One-time products (Zigzaggle Studio and its upgrades) are paid once and stay on your account for as long as we run Zigzaggle.
  • The Zigzaggle Club renews every month until you cancel. Cancel any time in your WarriorPlus purchase history; you keep it until the end of the month you paid for.
  • Upgrades work inside Zigzaggle Studio, so they need it on the same account.
  • Refunds follow the refund policy: 14 days on every product.

AI credits

AI credits pay for the AI picture tools only. Each tool shows its price before it starts, and a picture that fails costs nothing. Credits aren't money: they can't be exchanged for cash or moved to another account, and they don't expire while Zigzaggle runs. Unused credits that came with a refunded product are removed.

Your designs and uploads

  • You own your designs and uploads. You allow us to store, process and show them as needed to run Zigzaggle for you (for example, to draw the page a share link shows).
  • Only upload what you have the right to use, and nothing illegal or harmful.
  • We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law, and we'll tell you when we do.

Share links and community templates

Anyone with a share link you create can open it until you turn it off. Templates you submit to the community are reviewed; once approved, other members may use them in their own work. You can withdraw a template you published; designs other members already made from it keep working.

AI tools

AI pictures come from an automated system and can be imperfect. Don't ask for brands, characters you don't own or real people; we may refuse a description. What you may do with AI pictures is in the licence.

Fair use of the service

Please don't share your account, resell or rent access to Zigzaggle, copy or bulk-download the art library, use automated tools to get around limits, try to break or overload the service, or use other people's share links in ways they didn't allow. We may limit, suspend or close an account that does.

What we promise, and what we don't

  • We work to keep Zigzaggle running and to improve it. Features may change over time; we aim to keep everything you paid for working.
  • If we ever stop running Zigzaggle, we'll tell members ahead of time so they can download their work.
  • Zigzaggle is a design tool. We don't promise sales, income or approval by any marketplace. You're responsible for checking your books before you publish them.
  • Zigzaggle is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon, Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), Etsy or Teachers Pay Teachers.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Zigzaggle is provided as it is, and our total liability for any claim about it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data you didn't save. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.

Ending

You can stop using Zigzaggle at any time and ask us to delete your account at SUPPORT_EMAIL. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; where we can, we'll explain why first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by GOVERNING_LAW.
