14 days to decide, on every product

Try Zigzaggle on a real book. If it isn't right for you, ask for your money back within 14 days of paying. Here is exactly what a refund does.

The 14-day refund

Every Zigzaggle product can be refunded within 14 days of the day you paid for it: Zigzaggle Studio, each upgrade, each month of the Zigzaggle Club and each pack of AI credits. You don't need to give a reason.

This policy is offered by COMPANY_NAME, the seller of Zigzaggle. WarriorPlus handles the checkout, but the refund is ours to give.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Write to SUPPORT_EMAIL from the e-mail you paid with, and include your WarriorPlus order number (it's on your WarriorPlus receipt). You can also use the support or refund option of the order in your WarriorPlus purchase history.
  2. We refund the payment through WarriorPlus. Your access changes as soon as WarriorPlus tells us, usually within minutes.
  3. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. How long it takes to show depends on your bank or payment provider.

Refunding Zigzaggle Studio closes the whole order

Zigzaggle Studio is the product every upgrade works inside. So a refund of Zigzaggle Studio refunds and closes the whole order:

  • every upgrade bought with it is refunded too (Pro Types + AI, Book Marketing Studio, Bulk PRO, Publisher) and leaves your account;
  • an active Zigzaggle Club membership is cancelled (and its latest payment refunded when it is within 14 days);
  • the AI credits that came with those products are removed. Credits you already used are not charged again.

We'd rather refund everything than leave you paying for upgrades you can no longer open.

Refunding one upgrade

Refunding one upgrade refunds only that upgrade. It leaves your account, together with the unused AI credits that came with it; Zigzaggle Studio and your other upgrades stay as they are. Credits you already used are not charged again.

The Zigzaggle Club

  • You can cancel the Club at any time in your WarriorPlus purchase history. You keep it until the end of the month you paid for, and no further payments are taken.
  • Each monthly payment can be refunded within 14 days of that payment. The Club ends on the day of the refund.
  • Designs you made from weekly templates stay in your library and keep working after the Club ends.

AI credit packs

A credit pack can be refunded within 14 days of buying it. The credits of that pack you haven't used are removed from your balance; credits you already used are not charged again.

Your account and designs after a refund

  • A refund doesn't delete your account or your designs. If you buy again later with the same e-mail, they're there.
  • A refund ends the licence that came with the refunded product (see the licence). Files you already downloaded stay on your device.
  • If you'd like your account and designs deleted, ask us at SUPPORT_EMAIL.

Payment disputes

Please ask us first: a refund is quicker for you than a dispute. If you open a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or PayPal instead, access to the disputed product is paused while the dispute is open. If the dispute is decided in our favour, we restore it.
